How to run a global spy operation with 1 man

Have you run a national data center at night alone, all by yourself, a one man army?

I sit at home, retired or unemployed depending on my mood. I wanted to reproduce how I was able to run the MASINT operation data center with maintenance across 7 continents.

We used a simple spreadsheet. We also later used a website built with HTML.

Precursors to Wikipedia and other wikis.
