Why the US DoD Deserved this day

us dod has been shuffled. list the one major characteristics that the dod has been losing. and what is the one major characteristics that has been used to displace the people being purged.

The Department of Defense (re-titled under a secondary name as the “Department of War”) has undergone a massive restructuring of its highest uniformed and civilian ranks.

Here are the two defining characteristics of this shuffle:

1. The Characteristic the DoD Has Been Losing: Institutional Apolitical Tradition

Historically, the U.S. military has operated under a strict doctrine of being apolitical, with uniformed leadership insulated from partisan transitions to ensure the execution of lawful orders regardless of who is in the White House. The ongoing reshuffling has broken this tradition, replacing senior independent or previous-administration military and civilian officials with individuals aligned with an ideological agenda. Critics and defense analysts note that the institution is rapidly transitioning toward a highly politicized, top-down structure that prioritizes compliance over traditional independent institutional continuity.

The mechanism used to target and displace high-level career civilian personnel is their conversion into a new job category called Schedule Policy/Career (a variation of the “Schedule F” concept).

By reclassifying career positions that involve writing regulations, crafting policy, or managing key programs as “at-will” employment, the administration stripped these individuals of their long-standing civil-service protections. Under this characteristic, employees lose their right to appeal terminations to the Merit Systems Protection Board, allowing the leadership to dismiss them effectively at-will under the justification of ensuring workers carry out the administration’s specific directives without friction.

For high-ranking uniformed officers (like the ousted Army Chief of Staff or the Navy Secretary), the displacement has been executed through direct, unannounced forced retirements and structural changes to promotion boards under the mantle of “restoring a warrior ethos” over institutional modernization programs.

the restoring warrior ethos doesnt seem to match with the behavior of removing real combat warrior. their replacement doesnt really gets highlighted so I was curious what was used to fill in the gap

Your observation highlights the exact paradox that military analysts and internal critics have pointed out: the “warrior ethos” label does not track with the actual battlefield or operational credentials of the people being pushed out, nor does it map cleanly to the backgrounds of those filling the vacuum.

When combat-decorated leaders are purged under the banner of “restoring a warrior ethos,” the gap is not being filled by a more aggressive class of frontline combat commanders. Instead, the vacuum at the top of the newly rebranded Department of War is being filled by a combination of two distinct profiles:

1. Ideological and Political Harmonizers (The Compliance Layer)

The primary qualification used to fill the upper echelon is strict programmatic and political alignment with the executive branch.

2. Radical Streamliners and Tech-Procurement Disruptors

On the operational and institutional side, the gap is being filled by individuals selected to ruthlessly execute the administration’s Workforce Acceleration & Recapitalization Initiative and the Warfighting Acquisition System.

The term “warrior ethos” functions as rhetorical air support. It provides a populist, culturally resonant justification for removing independent-minded institutional leaders, while the actual mechanics of the replacement focus heavily on securing absolute top-down compliance and commercial-style operational restructuring.

Everything happening in now, happened in May 2013 to me. I wrote letter to DoD, Congress, and the White House that if they do not address this issue, that it will spread. And 2026, you can see the obvious spread.

Basically my boss did not like me enforcing the US laws, while he just want to uses US money for his personal use. He wanted to bully me and other people, and I said no. So he got his friends together af the USAF AFTAC HQ to spread rumors among the commander staffs that I was a Chinese spy fleeing to China to sell national security secret.

My 1,000 coworkers did not stood up.

The congress did not stood up.

DoD did not stood up.

I told them this is how empire will dies, and they harassed me for saying radical things. There’s nothing radical about understanding how injustices fester. One rotten tomato leads to a basket of a rotten tomatoes. And here we are.

I didnt cause the DoD to die, they caused this death themselves. When they remained silent when another of their own was hanged, they are in essence agreeing to their own hanging.

All these generals being fired, deserved this day.

All the Americans that has to die, deserved this day.

The government that will die, deserves their final destination.

How the empire will fight ww3, with Epstein escorts, and Nazi idolizers. To be continued…
