Owners of Nationwide Nail Salon Business Plead Guilty to Tax Crimes

According to court documents and statements made in court, Vinh Q. Ho, 53, and Thanh Lan Do, 34, owned and managed a business comprised of over 60 high-end nail salons across the United States, doing business as the Anthony Vince Nail Salons, Prive Nail Spas, and Zen Nail & Spas. Ho was the de-facto CEO and Do oversaw management of the salons.
LOS ANGELES – An Orange County physician was sentenced today to 151 months in federal prison for illegally distributing opioids and other powerful narcotics by writing prescriptions for “patients” without a legitimate medical purpose.
Dr. Dzung Ahn Pham, 61, of Tustin, was sentenced by United States District Judge Josephine L. Staton, who also fined him $35,000, and ordered him immediately remanded into federal custody.
Pham pleaded guilty in October 2022 to one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
What the news and FBI public notice doesn’t highlight, is how FBI provide covers for white men committing crimes, while systematically targeting minority businesses.

Not 1 person. Not 2 person. Multiple persons died. Multiple persons came close to dying. I came close to dying. FBI response was, we’re busy.
For an FBI agency who is too busy to investigate Epstein or AFTAC, they sure have a lot of resources and time to investigate Vietnamese making a few dollars.
If I did not learn history, I would still be gas lighting myself. But having learned the history of White americans against Black americans. About black wallstreet. about FBI killing black leaders. about systemic dismantling of successful black neighborhood. I could not help but see the Vietnamese as the new black.
The saddest part of this truth is not that white people help white people steal from Vietnamese. The saddest truth of all these, or at least both of these, is how Vietnamese celebrate white superiority. They point at the case, and declare, look at all these cheating Vietnamese. Look at how white people are honorable, and run honest business.
Personally, I really hate dishonest dealing. I help police wherever I see problems and hazard for the public. I worked at nail salons. I hear about vietnamese enslaving vietnamese in america. Yes, it is real. I know more about crimes in America than FBi. It hurts my soul to see the dark side of humanity. I do not mind cleaning up corruption, jailing corruption, and firing squad for treasons.
But this is not about justice.
This is about pillaging.
Look up the word pillaging.
I can tell you more about it if you understand what it means to pillage and plunder.
I can also tell you that I saw this coming long before today. With every rise of bandits, there’s a common development phase. at first they have a few individuals. They grow in size as they are successful. The ultimate height is establishing dominance over the entire world. Once it reaches this phase, it will have to plunder mars and the next alien race, or it start to look towards itself to pillage.
Lets assume that the original bandits were US, China, Russia, France, England, Once they have no more victims to pillage. They start looking at each other. The weakest one goes first, or the least vigilant one will be the one that is setup to be cannibalized.
Let me tell you a real story, not so different from the five guys at the UN.
A Taiwanese businessman entered the US and setup a few lucrative deals for himself. Lots of money flow into the US from Taiwan and Hong Kong. The age of money laundering see a great deal of private equity flowing into the US. Every criminal and corrupt politicians knows where to hide their money (USA). So this businessman gather 4 of this friends, and they moved a lot of money. Deals after deals. One day, the FBI came and arrested the illegal operations and tax evasions or other frauds. I dont know the details of the crimes. but I know that one guy sit in California Federal prison. 4 guy are living free.
Business as usual. the sheep continues grazing. the wolves continues managing the herd.
