Dragonloft and PhamRobotics is Hiring

I am looking for a few good minds who wish to build the last game development company.

The last one, because after we build it, there will be little space left for the next one.

Currently: I can sponsor a few people under standard OPT using Pham Consulting Inc., which has been operating for years. It is better if you do not need sponsorship, but I understand that many people may need it.

Important: This is a NON-PAYING ROLE. All I can do is sponsor you, provide a legal umbrella to keep you in the US, and share my insight, hardware, and experiences. The program was designed to provide you with experiences to support your future progression. I can offer you insights and experiences that are not available from anywhere else on the planet. As the top 1% of the United States in ASVAB score, as well as other achievements, MASINT expert, maintenance expert across too many equipment to list, managed global surveillance on the planet from underground to deep space. I believe I am unique, and what I offer is unique, and beneficial. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. I hope this will work as intended.

Before you reach out, study me. Read Raph Koster’s Theory of Fun. Then you can proceed to tell me what you want!

If you join, we will be playing New World (US West, El Dorado). We are not just playing; we are discussing the theory of fun, proper game development, and dissecting the many decisions Amazon Game Studios made throughout its lifecycle.

The Deliverables (Choose Your Sandbox):

  1. Early Childhood Architecture: I want to build a few basic games where our first customer is my 4-year-old son. If you’re going to play your way from childhood to the top of the world, what sort of game is fun enough to hold attention, but rigorous enough to develop that type of mind? We are covering the alphabet to basic math. English, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Thai. (We are discarding French. Quebec is not a country, and France is becoming another “me too” nation). If we have enough manpower, I will help design the MMO on Roblox, and help finance its deployment.

  2. Hardware & AI: Develop a test bed for GPUs. We plug in a card, it runs discriminations, and it outputs the health status. I have the basic hardware for local AI development—nothing like the YC startup crowd, but enough to do real damage. You can pick any idea you want to develop or build using my designs.

  3. Physical Systems: Help me patent a new seismic sensor design. This is if you are interested, it is a niche area where the only buyer will be government. Sort of like the WD40 business case study. You can build it for the government, but that’s not enough to build a business.

There are other things I am also interested in and have some experiences to offer. Like building solar system, emergency power system, power distribution, networking, wireless network as used by the USAF around the world in support of CTBTO IMS stations. As a generalist, I am not very strong in any area. Such as I maintain and support EATON ups, but would not be able to provide you the same level of expertise or experience as Eaton would.

I am offering the space and the sponsorship. I will be busy on Roblox, washing dishes, and doing house chores most of the time. You will have autonomy, and access to me as part of the OPT program where you can gain experiences through me.

This is fully remote, but for the right two individuals, I have a spare room available. This isn’t a high-end lab—it’s a cluttered garage with a few workbench, enough hardware to get to work if you have the discipline to use it. If you want to move beyond remote collaboration and work hands-on with someone who is just trying to build things from the ground up, I am open to discussing a residency. It’s not for everyone.

If this makes sense to you, let’s talk.
