PK versus Ai Ai Ai
Updated 2026: This is my conversation with 3 AI when ChatGPT made the blitz on youtube. *the inception of, the success of, the access of Chat GPT all smells of CIA or clandestine operation. Too much access, too much resources, too much success from no where. To my infinite wisdom, every great person had a great teacher. Alexander the Great did not crawl out of a virgin’s ass and became a world conqueror. If someone tells you that, or want you to believe that, they are blowing smoke up your skirt. Since I do not wear skirt, I usually dont have this problem.
Somewhere in the past: like 2023
normally I am deep in conversation with dead people, so I rarely have interests in dealing with the living, LinkedIn is further down the list.
One of my favorite pastimes is to make ridiculous comparisons. or that is what others tell me. I compare apples to oranges. or worse, I compare viruses and cancer to humans. or worse, I compare Adolf Hitler to myself, or someone living. I could even compare the USA to the 3rd Rightch. In a more scientific language, they may call it superposition
Arrange a newly sewn Pattern onto its corresponding Pattern. This function is helpful when arranging facings, linings, cuffs, collars and other pieces where they need to be arranged directly laying on another.
As anyone who tried this, it could be or yield funny results. Trying to put a square inside the circle etc.
In MASINT, overlay is like the only method of identifying if a satellite detection is a nuclear detonation or a lighting or a bollide or a false alarm. Every IR event could be a camp fire or a missile being launched from Atlantis.
Today: we going to play with 3 more players PvP or Pv3E
Me versus Gemini vs CoPilot vs Llama2
Ok guys, lets decode the art of war by SunTzu, and apply it to starting a business chapter by chapter.
Gemini:
Chapter 1: Laying Plans
Sun Tzu says: careful planning and understanding your strengths and weaknesses (SWOT) are crucial for success
Startup action: conduct a thorough market research, analyze your competition, and create a detailed business plan outlining your goals, strategies, and financial projections.
CoPilot:
Laying Plans. Understand the competitive landscape and clearly define your business goals. Just as a general must understand the battlefield, an entrepreneur must understand the market
Llama2:
Chapter 1: laying Plans.
Identify your business goals, and objectives just like Sun Tzu identifies the goal of defeating the enemy.
Develop a clear vision and mission statement for your business. define your target market and understand their needs and preference.
create a business plan that outlines your strategies and tactics.
Me: All these AI are incredibly dishonest. The business without considering the consequences of your opponent hiring a hit man to kill you. Like Isreal killing Iran’s diplomats. Like US assassinating leaders of other nation. Business, should there for must be build based on life and death. So to do justice to Sun Tzu and justice to business founders, it must be regarded as a life and death. Anyone who think it is a game of chess where they start over if it does not work, they are not serious about starting a business. Laying plans requires accurate data, accurate assessment, and appropriate strategies. The president of Ukraine, obviously did not do it very well. Improperly thinking he can play the US and Russia, and just get wealthy. He did not count on being responsible for the destruction of his entire country. Completely ignorant of the US, as well as the Russian. Every plans created is impotent before it was lay.
Chapter 2.
Gemini: Waging War
Sun Tzu says: don’t engage in battles you cant win.
startup action: be realistic about your resources and capabilities. Focus on achievable goals and adapt your approach if necessary.
CoPilot:
Waging War: recognize the cost of starting a business, both financial and personal. Be prepared for sacrifice and ensure you have the resources for a prolonged effort
Llama2:
chapter 2: adaptability
Be Flexible and adaptable in response to changing market conditions and customer needs
embrace iteration and experimentation
be willing to pivot or adjust your strategy if it is not working
Me: in the training of using a gun, the first lesson is to understand it is not a toy. that you should not point it at something you do not want to shoot. And if you shoot it don’t miss. The missing item here is the lesson taught by the Genghis Khan and his 4 dogs of wars. Which is, find a way to win. Which contradicts everything Sun Tzu and everything academic would say, which all 3 ai bot are a product of. So if you want to build an artificial intelligence, do you base it off an academic or a world conqueror? Should academic be expected to understand something like the art of war, when they don’t consider a serious foundation for business and life to start with? Skynet in the terminator would make a better AI than all 3 of these combined. Skynet actually sent an agent back in time to kill its enemy before he is born. Non of the current business planning is capable of thinking that deep or that far into the past or future. Cutting off the reproductive capacity of your opponent and win in the multi generational battles. Such as the Americans strategy and tactics vs the Indians in America, genocide and eradicize. Kill the gene, wipe out the culture, salt the soul, and make sure it will never rise again.
Chapter 3: Attack by Stratagem
Gemini:
Sun Tzu Says: deception and clever tactics can surprise your enemy and secure victory
Start Action: develop a unique value proposition and a creative marketing strategy to differentiate yourself from competitors
CoPilot:
Attack by stratagem: the best victory is won without fighting. In business, this means winning market share without direct confrontation, perhaps through innovation or superior customer service.
Llam2:
The Ground
Understand the competitive landscape of your industry
Identify potential partnerships and collaborations
build a strong brand identity and establish yourself as an industry leader
Me: yep. attack with a long term plan that span 1,000 years vs more short term gain of 1-2 generations. While most competitor are focus on the present, you’re willing to suffer in solitude to straight at a distant time in the future when the landscape favors you more than your opponent. This is like Hannibal training his army 6 months to climb mountain before invading Rome across a pass that was deemed impossible to pass. Amazon penetrating into the tech space and dominated by quietly building a cashflow and expanded into ai research. Cipla quietly accepting their lowly position and wait for patents to expire before competing at cut throat rates, while most other business tries to compete using best practices invented yesterday.
Chapter 4 Disposition of the army
Gemini
Sun Tzu says: organize your resources efficiently and place the right people in the right place.
startup: build a strong team with complementary skillsets and delegate tasks effectively based on expertise.
Copilot
Tactical Disposition
position your business in a way that maximize your strength and minimize weaknesses,. Know your capabilities and the competitive environment.
Llama: energy
focus on building a strong team with diverse skills and perspectives
invest in employee development and training to build a cohesive unit
create a positive company culture that fosters collaboration and innovation
Me: Fully understanding an army is not easy. For certain the modern US empire has lost touch with its army a long time ago. No longer attuned to its tendencies, weaknesses, durability etc. A lot of business has shifted towards customer satisfaction index vs pushy sales tactic. Every major company talks about employee development, but I can tell you they are not about employee development. Oracle would have an employee sit at the same chair for 20 years with the same pay. In a lay person way, work with what you got. In a powerful reference, the mongols worked with what they have. when they should not win they still win. Rarely in business do you find someone like Elon Musk who will insist on doing what is not profitable. Mongols Conquering China was really dumbest thing anyone can do for a startup plan. Like how do you build a business plan for that? like today, how do you build a business plan for taking everything that belongs to the USA? Even if you create one, will anyone understand it? Will anyone approve it? or you will be laughed off the planet?
Chaper 5 Maneuvering
Gemini
Sun Tzu says: be adaptable, and flexible. Respond strategically to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Startup action: be prepared to pivot your business model if necessary. Embrace on going market research and customer feedback
CoPilot Energy
Direct your resources efficiently. Just as a general conserve his army strength, conserve your business’s resources and deploy them where they will be most effective.
Llama2
Terrain
Understand the resources and assets available to you
identify potential barriers or obstacles
develop strategies to mitigate risks and overccome challenges
Me: I would call it battlefield engineering. you design a battle where you would win, and your enemy would lose. You would need to understand the physical world and its intricacy, your own disposition, and your opponent’s disposition. Along with the dynamic when they clash across time. multi-hyper dimensional thinking. Once put into paper, I doubt it can retains its richness. When you cross a battle front where you have never engaged any enemy in, do you have 6 months to do a case study? this is like the book of 5 rings by Mushashi Yamamoto discussing there’s only 5 ways to cut a person, but the insight you develop through training is the key to winning. it transcend these low level thinking of maps and plans.
Chapter 6 Weak and Strong
Sun Tzu: identify the strengths and weakness of both your own team and your competitors
Startup: analyze your competitors products, marketing strategies, and target audience. leverage your own strengths to exploit their weakness.
Copilot:
Weak points and strong: exploit the weakness in the market
Lllama2:
The army
build a strong network of partnerships and alliance that can help you achieve your goals
identify potential customers or clients and develop strategies to reach them
develop a robust marketing and sales strategy to promote your business
Me: apparently Llama2 and myself are dead on across 3 points in this chapter of starting out. I spent many years, just filtering people out of my life. Something I wrote a few months or years ago “In this world of uncertainty about what is true, the only thing I can count on is loyalty. Who are you loyal to?” Customers are like conquered territories, they could care less who the king that sit half a world a way is. they just want food shelter, and a comfortable living. Convincing a tortured population to rise up against their oppressor is easy. same with business, solve their pain, and win their loyalty.
Chapter 7: Reality in War
Sun Tzu says, Don’t underestimat the importance of logistics and resource management
Startup Action: secure adequate funding, manage cash flow efficiently and establish a reliable supply chain for your business.
Copilot Maneuvering: approach to market entry should be flexible. adjust your strategy as you gain more info.
Llama Warfare
develop a competitive advantage through innovation, quality, and customer service
Use data and analytics to inform your decision making and optimize your strategies
stay ahead of the competition by continuously monitoring market trends and adjust tactics
Me: Key word is reality. there are things that are absolutely true and no matter what you want, or how hard you try it wont fix the issue. Your food supply going to arrive or not. If it does not you dont have an army. When you’re deep inside enemy territory and your supply takes 3 years to arrive, that’s a reality in logistic that cannot be ignored. Now a day, I can amazon drop ship a purchase and receive it tomorrow. I cant see Genghis Khan ordering 100,000 troops from Mongolia to arrive in Bagdad and gets it in 2 days shipping. Inversely, the Nuclear warhead from any of the major power can arrive in 15 minutes. One can ill afford that. Or amazon copying your business plan and executing it with 50,000x your budget, and 10,000x your experience. How do you stop them — you dont. Should you build a house on quicksand? Should you build a Vietnamese city, in a white nation, that may bomb it and build a central park over it, for white men to stroll around on their weekend?
Chapter 8 The nine variation
Gemini
Sun tzu says: be prepared for different battle scenarios and adapt your tactics accordingly.
Startup: develop contingency plans for potential challenges, shortfalls, market shifts, competitor actions
Copilot: variation in tactics: diversify your tactics. Dont rely on a single strategy for success.
Llama2:
Tactical application
Develop a clear messaging strategy that resonates with your target audience
create a customer experience that builds loyalty and drives retention
Use storytelling and emotional appeals to connect with customers on a deeper level
Me: Variations: or formless like the philosophy of Bruce Lee, is not without form, but infinite form and not constrained. a basic practitioner cannot be formless because without form can be said to be formless but also useless. One form is constrained by 1 form, and is not formless. Formless in strategy is having infinitely more form than your opponent can possible deal with.
Chapter 9 the march
Sun Tzu says: careful planning and calculated risks lead to efficient and successful movement
Startup: develop a sound marketing and sales strategy to reach your target audience effectively.
Llama2: The Nine situations
Understand the unique challenges and opportunities of your specific market
develop strategies tailored to each situation
be adaptable and responsive to changing circumstances
Me: Operational risk management a basic fundamental on all things business.
Chapter 10 : Terrain
Sun Tzu: understand the landscape of environment, legal, trends, consumers
STartup action: stay informed about everything
Copilot Terrain
Understand terrain of your business
Llama2: circumspection
continuously monitor market trends react before the competition
develop strategies to anticipate and respond to threats and opportunities
stay humble and open to feedback and be willing to adjust
Chap 11 The nine situations
Sun Tzu: analyze different conflict situations and adapt tactic
startup: develop strategies to address various business situations, such as handling customer complaints, managing growth, dealing with negative publicity
Copilot:be prepared for different scenarios
Llama: Hey, is it only 10 chapters? oh sorry, it had 13 chapters.
chapter11: quantity
Understand the importance of scale and volume in business
develop strategies to increase production and efficiency
use data and analytics to optimize your operation and drive growth
Chapter 12: fire attack
Sun Tzu says: utilize unconventional methods and seize opportunities to create disruption, and gain an advantage
Startup: consider innovative marketing campaigns, disruptive tech, unconventional business modesl
Llama2: Maneuver
develop a flexible and adaptive model that can respond to changes
identify potential opportunities for expansion or diversification
use data and analytics to inform your decisions making and stay ahead of the competition
Me: fire attack would mean: File first, File Fast, File Furious. My crazy boss Dough always tried to teach us this. Of course I study and learned it well, but it was my wife who pulled this on me instead of me on my wife. It is just Blitz in more eloquent words. Pulling off a decisive battle. After the enemy figured out they are at war, the war is already over and done. By the time retailer on amazon realize Amazon is there to steal their business, the war is over. By the time the American Indians and the south Americans realized the Europeans was looking to take their land, it was over. If they had enough education, the ships would have never landed on American shores. And even if it had landed, the crews would not see sunrise.
Chapter 13: the use of spies
Gemini:
Sun Tzu : gather intel
Startup: conduct regular market research, analyze competitors strategies, customer insights
Llama2: energy
Focus on building a strong team with diverse skills and perspectives
invest in employee development and training to build a cohesive unit
create positive energy
Me: I naturally would send a trusted agent to work in FAANG. In this worth where loyalty does not exists, it is a hard call to find the right team. How can you send someone to FAANG without them being bitten by the FAANG bug.
In afterthought, I have a feeling llama was trained by Mark Zuckerberg. While Gemini was trained by a group of PHD. and CoPilot was trained by a group MBA.
Too bad, non was trained by me.
