Dear Chairman and Members of the Committee on Armed Services,

I am writing to draw your attention to an issue that is devastating to our national security and encourage your committee to address and act – against the members of the Armed service whom I served alongside for 11 years.  I would like an official response from each and every member of this committee who is personally and professionally responsible for the issue below.

This committee is responsible for defense policy, operation, organization, and reform for DOD and DOE including nonproliferation programs which I was an integral part of for 11 years. I have tried local authorities, federal authorities, and DoD authorities.  I have tried seeking support from the White House under President Obama.  I have tried seeking support from Secretary Clinton.  I have looked at how I can appeal to President Putin, to discover there are too many limitations.  International convention dictates they should not be involved in our internal issues.  I do not tolerate others asking me to break the law or convention for property behavior, and I cannot in good consent ask others to violate their common courtesy to stay out of US internal issues. (Although this matter I mention does pose a threat to security for all nations subjected to US’s dominating military force, CIA’s subversive force, and the general American Culture that permits it to meddle inside other nation’s jurisdiction)

Abuse of power is a common occurrence in the US military.  That’s not to say we should condone it, and we definitely do not support or promote it.  When an act against an official of the US government is committed, reduces military capability, increases threats to mission and personnel, and is documented with date and time; I expect every level of US government employee to feel a sense of urgency in addressing these illegal activities.  Due to the lack of support for our laws, and respect for human rights and dignity, we have had 23 veteran suicides per day, we have had 1 suicide at the US Air Force Technical Application Center (AFTAC) per year, and now that issue had involved me personally putting my life at risk and illegally interfered with my pursuit of happiness for the foreseeable future.  When these terrorists worry that I may one day kill them, I must say it’s not without merits.  However, the issue is not that I have a legitimate reason to kill.  The issue is why was I given cause to kill?  The bigger issue for our nation is why was I pressured to defect to China.

As an empire that was built upon the graves of 100,000,000 American Indians, and many millions in between, including 2,000,000 Vietnamese graves and 2,000,000 more displaced Vietnamese; let’s address the threat of violence in a frank manner.  We have the largest and most powerful military force in the world, with the primary purpose of killing people faster and more effectively than our adversary.  The thought of killing people is not a sign of mental illness, if we truly support such a fairy tale then our entire nation should be in stray jackets and medicated to oblivion.  I am strongly against killing.  I have dined and wine with people of Pakistan, Israel, France, Russia, China, and a few others who may be the stereotypical American enemy.  I found no enemies for our country in the world.  Oh, but I did find a few enemies among our own ranks, being paid by my tax dollars and yours.

I was personally given so many reasons to start the killing of Americans.  I had been pondering why some of our brethren would be subverting their most able asset into threats to our national security (AFTAC was trying to switch me over to the Chinese government, and although they failed in that object the act should not be forgotten and should not be forgiven).  Initially, I was too upset to even talk about this coherently.  Now with 4 years in between, I can calmly say what transpired was life-threatening for me, as well as life-threatening for our nation/empire.  We as a nation, will cease to exist when we have no more loyal friends and no more loyal citizens.

While some of us Americans are working to make our family safer, our nation safer, our neighbor safer, and our world safer; there are some who actively seek the opposite.  I have put my livelihood in harm’s way for this country, will you support me with the same vigor?  I have put my life in harm’s way for this country, will you do the courtesy of hearing me out, and help me restore what’s left of my broken life?  The safety of you and your family directly depends on patriots like me who sacrifice the most important part of our lives in government service and the military, it would only be in selfish interests for you to return that favor by supporting my efforts.

May 2013- AFTAC initiated (supported by the State Department) what became life-threatening to me, and I did not realize how dangerous it was for my life until I broke free from them.  These criminals became worried when I submitted a strong report detailing the illegal or wrongful activities of my command with the date and time.  Their illegal acts continue to cause harm to my personal life and professional life, as well as negatively impacting all those whom I love and who love me.  What they did was illegal: without probable cause - seizing my private home, searching my private home, taking my personal artifacts out of my home without permission, illegally detaining me, not giving a reason for arrest, subjecting me to psychological torture, and interrogated me without a lawyer in the guise of a psychiatrist – in response to my report of wrongdoing by a military commander who declared his own kingdom while commanding a small detachment in the Royal Kingdom of Thailand.  While at the same time promoting several individuals who were directly involved in degrading our mission capability, and degrading our relationship with our ally (Thailand), and some have been given generous retirement in in light of their active involvement in killing our own people, mission, and national interests.  Overall, the entire organization is guilty of obstructing justice when they prevent my report of wrongdoing from moving up the chain to someone who will address the issue.  In this part, they were successful, as my report of wrongdoing is likely classified as crazy talk by a mentally deficient individual with a childhood developmental problem.

I hope this committee can help me restore some degree of safety for myself, my family, my children, and my grandchildren.  This is also a direct impact on the safety of yourself, your family, your children, and grand children.  You are obligated as a member of a thriving society, to give back to it what cultivates a thriving community: fairness, trust, security/safety.  Fairness in that we have equal access to opportunity, which I was born with.  Trust that the government will do what we individuals cannot, which this government has failed.  Security in that our lives will not be arbitrarily destroyed at the whim of some bully/terrorist.  Safety, in that the privacy of our home is not violated.  Safety, in that the privacy of our body perhaps mind will not be violated.

1. Punish these individuals who have committed acts of racism, and illegal acts in supporting what is knowingly by all members to be harmful to our country.

2. Provide relief for the victims of these acts which were under direct authority of the US government.  In my case, I also happen to be the guardian of this Government.  If you cannot protect me in protecting you, what hope do you have for tomorrow?

3. Create an awareness across our society, that we as a society, promote fairness, law, and order.

In the absence of our common law, I would be forced to invoke laws that are not commonly accepted.  As a fortunate immigrant to the US, I was endowed with our public education.  To some degree, I was educated in such a way that I am seeking what is good for me, without harming others. Of note is that I had also permitted myself to make exceptions to that rule or principle.  I have legitimate reason to kill, and only missing the legal proceedings.  If our government deems these individual must be executed, and require assistance in bringing them to justice; I will volunteer my personal resources to ensure their expedient execution.  I have demonstrated many successes in reaching into communities outside the US to achieve objectives.  Although I rather sit in prison than participate in killing foreign nationals who have not done us any harm, I am willing to suffer emotional hardship to carry out what is necessary to ensure that our children are safe from future acts of terrorism by foreign or domestic enemies.  The reality is absolutely clear–What happened to me can and will happen to your children.  Protect them from the cancer of our society.  Act!

What was the response from the US Senate? The same as it was from the FBI, the White House, and DoD. NADA

I have sent similar messages to people of authority and other world leaders. It seems that the USA is destined to die a slow and silent death. or a nuclear death.

When Arabs cry, congress is silent

When Blacks cry, congress is silent.

When Indians cry, congress is silent.

When Chinese looking Asians cry, congress is silent.

There is something worse though. When I the Vietnamese, the Asian cried, the other Vietnamese and the Other Asians were silent. When the Arabs cried, the other Arabs were silent.

When one human cries the rest remain silent. when thousands cry and the rest remain silent. Then it could be that time of day, when the lights may go out of humanity. What will happen Nightfall. We may not be witnessing just the fall of the USA, the one mighty empire–we are witnessing the fall of humanity and its descent into darkness. Possible as imagined by
