Sales and Service Team as Heroes

In the old days, kings and queens ruled the world. In the now days, they still rules the world; however, there’s a global uprising.

Talents around the world exists in abundance. They want the same opportunities as afford to a few western nations. While deep inside the empire, the service team are quietly plotting a rebellion to demand the same pay as their lords.

Leading this global uprising will be the sales and service team that are spearheading the effort to challenge the status quo. Why should management takes all the cake while sales and service team receives what is left over?

In a just world, those who contributes more to the bottom line should receive more rewards.

When Xerox the goliath was about to go belly up, it was a little company in Asia that lifted it out of the extinction list.

When the US empire the goliath is going belly up, hopefully the little companies ran by Asians can lift it out of the extinction list.
